13.4 Method of Shipment: The third-party fulfilment partner is responsible for the shipment of the goods. Where a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method of shipment is used, applicable fiscal duties are included within that method of shipment. Where DDP does not apply, any import charges remain the responsibility of the customer as described above.

14.1 We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

21.4 Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and verification of the return by the fulfilment partner. Except where the return results from our error or a proven defect, or where you are exercising a statutory right to cancel and applicable law provides otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
