Return eligibility conditions

Unfortunately, returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted. We recommend trying on your items carefully and keeping the tags until you are sure they fit you perfectly.

How to make a return

  1. Contact us at support@elleslondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and include clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Our customer service will send you detailed instructions and the return address.
  4. Carefully repackage the items in their original box or similar packaging to avoid any damage during transport.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days, via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary.

If your return does not meet our conditions, it may be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

Damaged or incorrect items
